3. Account Responsibilities

• Late payments may incur additional fees, suspension of services, or project delays.

7. Photography Services & Image Usage

• Delivered images are subject to our Photography Rights & Usage Policy.

• Clients may not resell or distribute images without written permission.

• Seven Hills Media retains full copyright of all images produced.

8. Website Hosting, Maintenance, and Digital Products

• Hosting, maintenance, and digital products (including downloadable files, templates, and media) are subject to the terms outlined in project agreements.

• Service interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or third-party issues. We are not responsible for temporary outages.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to facilitate our services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, email marketing).

• We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party service providers.

• Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service at issue.

• Respect project deadlines and provide necessary materials.

• Abide by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or termination.

12. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for clients who violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

• Clients may terminate services in writing; all fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lynchburg, Virginia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
