Refund Policy

We provide professional digital marketing and photography services. Due to the custom nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Services & Custom Work

Payments made for services including but not limited to:

  • Brand advertising

  • Custom website builds

  • Website redesigns

  • SEO services

  • Social media marketing

  • Website maintenance

  • Website hosting

  • Digital products
  • Physical products

are non-refundable once work has begun.

Before Work Begins

  • If a cancellation request is submitted before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

After Work Begins

  • Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for time, labor, planning, strategy, design, development, or consultations already performed.

 

3. Website Projects & Builds

Deposits

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.

Project Cancellation

  • If a client cancels a project after work has started, all completed work remains the property of Seven Hills Media until payment obligations are met.

 

4. Digital Products & Deliverables

All digital products—including but not limited to:

  • Delivered website files

  • Downloadable assets

  • Photography galleries

  • Digital media files

are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, as digital goods cannot be returned.

5. Photography Services

Session Fees

  • Photography session fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

Rescheduling

  • Photo sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Image Delivery

  • Once photographs have been delivered (digitally or otherwise), no refunds will be issued.

 

6. WooCommerce Orders

For purchases made through our website using WooCommerce:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method at our discretion.

 

7. Subscription Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Website maintenance

  • Website hosting

  • Ongoing marketing services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • Payments already processed for a billing period are non-refundable.

  • Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Removal of access to deliverables

  • Additional fees associated with dispute resolution

Clients agree to resolve billing issues directly with Seven Hills Media before initiating disputes with a payment provider.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds or partial refunds in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Services not rendered due to circumstances solely caused by Seven Hills Media

Any approved exception will be handled at our sole discretion.
